Remarks:

• Prices are per day and per person.
• Residental tax is NOT INCLUDED in the price, and is paid accorind to aplicable laws: 2,00 KM for adults, 1,00 KM for person of 12-16 years old. Children under 12 are free of charge for this tax.
• Obligatory guest security for adults and children: 1,00 KM/per day.
• Confirmation of the reservation has to be made by paying 100 % of estimate.
• Hotel's pool and gym guest use for free; Sauna and massages are paid if used by the price list.
• Latex swimming cap is obligatory while using the swimming pool.
• Parking in winter time is found 20 m away from the hotel, and is not in property of the hotel, and is paid by the certain pricelist. In summer, parking is nearby the hotel and our guest are free of charge.

Early departure:

In case of early departure (with the exception of death or illness of close family) guests are accounted for the full price until the date of complete reservation. Hotel does not take into account bad weather or similar situations as a valid reason for termination of stay or early departure.

Pets:

For health and hygienic reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring any pets and animals in the hotel.
